Termseal rejects offers missing an objective acceptance test, expiry, fulfillment deadline, payment timing, or rejection remedy. Valid terms receive a deterministic quote ID.

The ID proves term integrity, not seller authorization. The response separately says whether the signed caller matched the named seller.
